Responsibilities:
Seconded to IT Strategy Department to lead on the development of Project Eiger - a marketing unit system. Responsible for the design, build, test and deployment of the front end of the Eiger application.
Description:
A three month secondment to deliver a new workflow application based on the OM (office management) framework. Created a new data structure to manage workflows which would provide the end user with effectively unlimited capability to define their own call script workflows without development time from IT. Worked closely with users and other IT strategy staff to define the scope and requirements. Worked consistently long hours to deliver the new application to very tight deadlines.
