Responsibilities:

• Consulting for clients on SAP Visualization Solutions by Nakisa (SAP VSN).
• Configuration (including customisations) of SAP VSN systems.
• Ongoing support for SAP VSN systems for clients.
• Provision of SAP VSN technical and end-user training for clients.
• Development of documentation and materials to support activities listed above.

Description:

Working within the ROC SAP VSN team as a consultant to deliver SAP VSN solutions. Primarily focussed on Org Visualization product and delivery of system to UK and global clients.

Configuration of SAP VSN solutions has included bespoke customisations and exposure to full life-cycle, from sales through blueprinting, installation, configuration, testing, training, implementation and ongoing support.

Skill Set:

• Standard customisation of SAP VSN through Admin Console.
• Advanced customisation of SAP VSN through XML modifications.
• Database integration - MS SQL Server, Oracle.
• SAP - SAP GUI, OSS, SCN.
• Automation - scripting (UNIX & Wintel).
• Remote working - conferencing (VOIP, telecon, etc.), cloud-based collaboration tools, VPN & remote access.
• Presentations - delivery and materials.
• Documentation - project, technical, sales & marketing.
• Training - end user and technical.
