• Consulting for clients on SuccessFactors cloud solutions (including Employee Central Service Centre, Learning and Jam).
• Pre-sales support for SuccessFactors.
• Development of documentation and materials to support activities listed above.

Description:

Working within Zalaris as a senior consultant to deliver a variety of HCM solutions. Primarily focussed on delivering SuccessFactors solutions.

Configuration of solutions included exposure to full life cycle, from sales through blueprinting, installation, configuration, testing, training, implementation and ongoing support.

Contributions to business growth activities.

Skill Set:

• Employee Central Service Centre.
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• SAP Jam.
• Standard customisation of SAP VSN through Admin Console.
• Advanced customisation of SAP VSN through XML modifications.
• Database integration - MS SQL Server, Oracle.
