Responsibilities:
- Act as the design authority for learning and talent acquisition systems from an IT perspective.
- Research, assess, and identify technology opportunities to support learning and talent acquisition needs.
- Proactively identifies and communicates on underused features, configuration changes, and look and feel amendments to improve efficiency across learning and talent acquisition systems.
- Provision of deep support for learning and talent acquisition systems.
- Act as central point of contact with IM for business colleagues on learning and talent acquisition systems.
- Support for change processes for learning and talent acquisition systems.
Description:
The Enterprise Applications team for People and Organisation (HR) team supports the Anglo American enterprise architecture and the need to drive the business forward through periods of growth, change, and equilibrium. This is achieved through planning, governance, and delivery.
Skill Set:
- Learning system administration, support, configuration, analytics, design, and documentation.
- Talent acquisition system administration, support, configuration, analytics, design, and documentation.
- Learning technologies and in particular SuccessFactors Learning.
- Talent acquisition technologies and in particular SmartRecruiters (SAP).
- Knowledge of broader SuccessFactors modules.
- Design and data governance authority (IM).
